NOTES:  Our catering is set up with a buffet style serving line where you serve yourself. We set up the serving line with tables that we provide decoratively covered with picnic style table clothes. Each plate includes your choice of meat(s), beans, potato salad, cole slaw, pickles, onions, jalapenos, barbeque sauce, bread, iced tea, plates and eating utensils.  We cut our meat(s) when we arrive at the catering site, so that you enjoy a fresh hot plate. We also maintain the other items in the serving line as necessary, keeping it freshly stocked.  Please note that these prices do not include tax. Also, you will be billed for the number of plates you confirm. A deposit of $100.00 must be made in order to reserve date of event. Please reserve your event as early as possible.
